Delete your AiDocX account

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web

1. Sign in to the AiDocX app (iOS or Android) or at app.aidocx.ai.
2. Open More → Settings → Account (on the web, Settings → Account).
3. Choose Delete account (labelled "withdraw" in some languages) and confirm.

Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

Email [email protected] from the email address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my AiDocX account". We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting.

What is deleted

Your profile (name and email address) and the data you created in the service: contracts and documents, pitch decks, signatures, signature requests, shared links and document viewing and engagement data are deleted or anonymized.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your account to remove data. In the app, long-press a document or deck (or open its menu) and choose Delete to remove it, and remove saved signatures from Signatures. To have other data removed (for example activity history or uploaded images and recordings), email [email protected] from your registered address and tell us what to remove.

What we may keep

Records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and transaction records, are retained for the period the law requires and are not used for any other purpose. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
