Privacy Policy

AiDocX provides contract management, IR deck sharing, e-signature, and document analytics. We collect only what is necessary for these services.

Account information (required): Name, email address — for account creation, authentication, and communications.

Service-generated data: Contract and IR deck content you create or upload; signature request details and signer information; document viewing and engagement data (e.g. for IR deck analytics and tracking).

Technical and automatic data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies and similar technologies, and service usage logs — for security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

Document content you submit is used only for real-time AI analysis and response generation within your session. It is not stored for the purpose of training AI models.

We DO NOT use your personal data or document content to train our or any third-party AI models.

AI processing is carried out via secure third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI) under strict data protection and confidentiality arrangements.

Personal and service data are deleted or anonymized when you delete your account or request deletion, except where we must retain data under applicable law.

Legal retention: Certain records (e.g. payment and transaction records) may be kept for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years or as prescribed in your jurisdiction).

We use trusted providers to operate the service:

- Infrastructure and hosting: e.g. AWS (cloud storage and compute)

- AI capabilities: e.g. OpenAI (document analysis and generation)

- Database and authentication: secure cloud services for storing account and service data. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes (e.g. AI training).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure storage. Access to personal and document data is limited to what is necessary to provide and support the service.

We do not sell your personal information or document content to third parties.
