AiDocX provides AI-powered document analysis and generation tools.

AI results may contain errors (hallucinations) and are not a substitute for professional legal or expert advice.

Users must verify all AI-generated content; the responsibility for decisions based on AI results lies solely with the user.

You retain all ownership and copyright to the original documents you upload or create.

You grant AiDocX a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

This license DOES NOT permit us to use your data for marketing or AI model training without separate consent.

Paid services are offered on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly or annual). When you pay for a period, you may use the service until the end of that paid period. No additional use is granted after the period ends unless you renew.

Automatic renewal: Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You will be charged using the payment method on file. You can turn off auto-renewal or cancel at any time from your account or billing settings.

Price and plan changes: We may change subscription fees or plan features. We will give you reasonable advance notice (e.g. by email or in the service) before the change takes effect. The new price or terms apply from the next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the renewal date; otherwise continued use constitutes acceptance.

Payment method: You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid. If payment fails (e.g. expired card), we may suspend access after a short grace period until payment is updated. Your subscription remains in effect until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops automatic renewal for the next period. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a period already paid.

Refunds: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment if you have not used the paid service (e.g. no use of AI features or other paid features). After 7 days or after any use of paid features, no refund is granted for that payment.

AI Tokens (Credits): AI tokens are digital units consumed when using AI-powered features (e.g. document analysis, contract review, AI chat). Tokens are included in your subscription plan.

Token price changes: Because AI tokens depend on third-party AI model providers, token prices may change if the underlying provider costs change (e.g. model pricing updates, exchange rate fluctuations). We will give at least 30 days' advance notice (by email or in the service) before any token price change takes effect. Tokens already allocated or included in your current paid period are not affected by a price increase during that period. The number of tokens consumed per request may vary depending on the complexity and length of the content processed; a fixed output per token is not guaranteed.

Users must not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical content.

Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.

AiDocX may suspend accounts found in violation of these terms.
